Job Description

Kwalee seeks a Senior Growth Manager to define and execute user acquisition strategies for their games. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Data Science), managing multi-million dollar budgets, optimizing ad campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok etc.), mentoring junior team members, and building relationships with advertising partners. The role requires strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics and AppsFlyer to maximize ROAS and LTV. The successful candidate will manage multiple simultaneous campaigns for live games, monitor monetization channels, identify cost reduction and revenue increase opportunities, and contribute to game launches, campaign sustenance, and new ventures. This permanent, on-site role is based in Leamington Spa.

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Senior Growth Manager to join our Growth team.

As a Senior Growth Manager, you will be responsible for defining and developing the user acquisition strategy for the games you’re accountable for. You will work closely with the Product, Creative, and Data Science teams, as well as advertising and tech partners. Together, you will maximise the commercial success of our games and company.

This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation. 

Responsibilities:

    • Work as part of the Growth team on game launches, campaign sustaining, and new ventures.
    • Act as a mentor and go-to person within the team, supporting Growth Managers in navigating the UA pipeline.
    • Coordinate team operations, including launches, team management, and projects.
    • Manage complex projects requiring multiple stakeholder engagement.
    • Analyse and optimise ad campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising and tech partners to enhance performance.
    • Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns for live games.
    • Monitor and optimise monetisation channels in collaboration with the Monetisation team.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenue to maximise profits.

Requirements:

    • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically in mobile gaming UA campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust) to optimise campaigns and improve ROAS.
    • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets while ensuring profitability, scalability, and efficient resource allocation.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with game lifecycle goals.
    • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
    • Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation, and campaign optimisation to enhance user engagement and LTV growth.
    • Commercial acumen with experience in negotiating partnerships with ad networks and maximising ROI through innovative strategies.
    • Based in our office in Leamington Spa with 5 days per week on-site.
