About the Role

As part of the Global Publishing Team, you will team up with our Tencent internal partners to amplify our PC / Consoles games Global Publishing Strategies and capabilies. This is a Shenzhen based posion, reporting to the Central Publishing Director based in Montreal.

Job Responsibilies:

Global Campaigns innovation: As our PC / Consoles champion, you will represent our games and connect with the broader Tencent organization on to seek new growth opportuni es leveraging the Tencent capabilies andtechnologies:

• Market innovation: team up with Tencent partners to leverage approved channels and amplify games beyond the tradi onal PC / Consoles distribution model (BD, LIP, Midas, QQ, WeChat, etc …)
• Player Innovation: connect and engage across the IEG organization to leverage proven engagement models with players
• Campaign innovation: proactively connect and engage with the greater Tencent organiza on to bring additional growth opportunities leveraging existing / new corporate capabilities

Global campaigns Operations – partner with the greater Tencent organization to accelerate our Global Publishing by leveraging our Central / HQ capabilities:

• Research: engage key HQ partners on research projects to deliver actionable insights and action plans (GRC, Neptune).
• Design: brief the Insight Design Center to deliver creative variations and support campaigns in compliance with the brand guidelines.
• Localization: support games and campaigns localizations partnering with studios and ILC. Lead the localization process efficiency and good stewardship with cross-functional partners.

Marketing POC – act as a liaison with our HQ & Regions partners to:

• Keep teams up to date on our Global Publishing strategies and capabilities, including but not limited to: product map, research, audience analysis, brand posi oning, content release, campaigns beats, assets and promotional plans
• Support requests from our Regions partners to be included in the global scope

Budget - Track marke ng budget allocations, ensuring efficient mix and achievement of expected ROI

岗位要求

• Over 5 years of experience in Marketing / Product management
• Excellent communica on skills in both Chinese and English
• Deep understanding of Tencent processes and organization
• Proven ability to innovate and improve business models to deliver growth
• Interest for seeking connections and build long-lasting partnerships
• Data-driven mindset, with experience in data analysis
• Requires interna onal travels / flexibility on working hours across time zones
