About this team
As a Sr. Growth Specialist for our earnings product, you will be reporting into the growth team, but will work day to day within our earnings team, working hand in hand with our product team and our VP of corporate development to scale acquisition to our earnings product. About this role
We are seeking a skilled sr. growth specialist who has experience scaling acquisition in the “get paid to” and offerwall/earnings space. The role requires fundamental understanding and history of scaling channels such as DSPs, Meta, Google, Affiliates, and incentivized traffic. This person will be responsible for day to day management of an 8-figure budget, including creative brainstorming, media planning + buying, and data analysis, and the expectation is they can hit the ground running, building off our initial success of scaling our Super.com earnings product, and using their tried and tested knowledge to scale it even further.
