Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior GTM Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence across our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. This role will work closely with business leaders to shape strategy, optimize processes, and ensure the seamless operation of GTM systems. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator with deep expertise in Salesforce administration and GTM technology stacks.
Responsibilities:
Strategic GTM Partnership & Optimization:
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to design and implement operational strategies that support revenue growth, retention, and renewals.
Own and refine sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and efficiency.
Lead cross-functional projects to enhance GTM execution, such as tool implementations, automation improvements, and process redesigns.
System Administration & Tool Ownership:
Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce and other GTM systems (Gong, Gainsight, Outreach, Slack), ensuring system integrity and optimal performance.
Own system configurations, automations, and integrations to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Conduct regular audits and maintenance of GTM tools, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
Manage and execute system-related training and enablement for GTM teams.
Advanced Data Analysis & Insights:
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support leadership decision-making.
Analyze revenue, retention, and renewal trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
Drive continuous improvements through data-backed insights and predictive analytics.
Work closely with Finance and RevOps teams to ensure alignment on business performance metrics.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy.
Strong expertise in Salesforce administration (Salesforce Admin Certification preferred) and GTM tech stack management.
Advanced analytical skills, with experience in SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.), and data modeling.
Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives.
Experience in process automation, workflow optimization, and cross-functional project management.
