Job Description

An Implementation Services Specialist bridges the technical gap between the client’s needs and the company’s solutions, ensuring a smooth transition of client data and processes onto the company’s platform. This role, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, is primarily remote with a requirement to work one day per week in the office. The role involves leading project workshops, designing and documenting requirements, collaborating with configuration and QA teams, following project plans, managing stakeholder relationships, and conveying complex ideas. The specialist will also work on process improvement and drive efficiency within the department. The specialist will be accountable for the scoping, designing and documenting requirements, implementing the agreed design and overseeing the testing of the configured solution, capturing and tracking process wins throughout the lifecycle of the project with the client, and managing workload prioritization.
Must have:
  • Experience in implementing Enterprise software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
  • Strong, can-do attitude and goal-focused.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving.
Good to have:
  • Spanish proficiency is desirable as well.

An Implementation Services Specialist is an established, independent individual contributor, whose work has a direct impact on the team's outcomes.

This role will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This is a primarily remote position that has a requirement of working one day per week in the office.

The Darwin Delivery team are responsible for implementing Darwin™ to our clients, as well as managing any changes to the clients’ requirements whilst using the platform and its services. The Delivery team plays a critical role in helping our clients realize value from their investment in our technology; 

We will count on you to: 

  • Lead project workshops to understand the client’s business and benefit structures and how Darwin best works to meet their needs; 
  • Be accountable for the scoping, designing and documenting requirements in accordance with Darwin Delivery Method; 
  • Work with the Configuration and QA teams on implementing the agreed design and overseeing the testing of the configured solution to defined specifications/requirements and supporting clients in UAT (User Acceptance Testing);
  • To follow a project plan and deliver assigned tasks and actions in accordance with the timelines; 
  • To capture and track process wins throughout the lifecycle of the project with the client; 
  • To have excellent stakeholder and relationship management that enables you to mediate and provide solutions on how best to meet the client’s needs within the framework of Darwin’s capabilities; 
  • To be able to convey complex ideas in a simple to understand manner to all stakeholders;  
  • Be able to manage workload prioritisation with your Squad Lead and to remain focussed while always being aware of the strategic picture across both clients and the business; 
  • Work with Project Managers in updating their plans, risk & issues logs in line with Darwin Delivery Methodology (DDM); 
  • Help to improve processes and drive efficiency across both the department and Darwin Services; 

What you need to have:

  • Experience in working in the implementation of Enterprise software; 
  • Be passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees; 
  • Be articulate, as strong verbal and written communication with our clients is vital; 
  • Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in both English and Portuguese, as this role requires effective communication with our bilingual clientele. Spanish proficiency is desirable as well.
  • Have a strong can-do attitude and be very goal-focused; 
  • To be confident working as part of a team while equally being comfortable working on your own deliverables individually. 
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving. 
  • Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering an elevated level of accuracy.
