Behaviour Interactive, a dynamic independent studio with over 1200 employees, is seeking a Senior Influencer Management Director to shape the global perception of their game, Dead by Daylight. This role involves revamping the "Fog Whisperers" program, expanding its scope, and fostering strong relationships with content creators. The director will scout and recruit new talent, mentor a team of influencer managers, and collaborate with partner IPs to integrate new fanbases. The position emphasizes an entrepreneurial approach to influencer marketing, establishing best practices and KPIs, while managing budgets and communicating insights and player sentiment to leadership. Dead by Daylight just turned 9, and we’re gearing up for one of our most exciting years yet. With our 10th anniversary on the horizon and big updates in the works, we’re continuing to push the boundaries of multiplayer horror - and we’re not slowing down! We’re now looking for a Senior Influencer Management Director to help shape how Dead by Daylight is shared, streamed, and talked about around the world. This is a key role for someone who understands the power of creators and is eager to build strong, lasting connections between them and one of the most iconic multiplayer games out there.

In this role you will :

    • Revamp the Fog Whisperers program by expanding its scope (support-a-creator, etc) and creating lasting value for both content creators and the DbD community.
    • Scout/recruit new content creators, and maintain strong relationships with creators while fostering a diverse, engaged influencer network.
    • Mentor and coach a team of influencer managers ensuring their growth, development, and use of data-informed approaches to achieve marketing and business goals.
    • Collaborate with partner IPs to strategically integrate new fanbases, working alongside creators active in these niche fields.
    • Be entrepreneurial about influencer marketing - establish best practices, KPIs, and communicate their impact to partner teams and leadership; while balancing budgets and goals.
    • Communicate player experience insights and address negative sentiment including managing crises.

What we are looking for :

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with solid experience working on live service games.
    • A solid understanding of Influencer KPIs, a track record of driving positive ROI, and strong understanding of current game/entertainment Influencer trends; be fearless about experimentation.
    • A proven track record as an exceptional collaborator working with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, data), to ensure the success of Influencer and PR efforts.
    • Knowledge of and/or a network within the current game community, influencers, considered a strong plus.
    • Fluency in English; speaking French is a strong plus.

Dans ce rôle, vous devrez :

    • Réinventer le programme Fog Whisperers en élargissant sa portée (support-a-creator, etc.) et en créant une valeur durable pour les créateurs·rices de contenu et la communauté DbD;
    • Identifier et recruter de nouveaux créateurs·rices de contenu, tout en entretenant des relations solides avec eux et en favorisant un réseau d’influenceurs·ses diversifié et engagé;
    • Encadrer et coacher une équipe de gestionnaires d’influenceurs·ses, en assurant leur développement, leur croissance et l’utilisation d’approches basées sur les données pour atteindre les objectifs marketing et commerciaux;
    • Collaborer avec des partenaires de propriété intellectuelle pour intégrer stratégiquement de nouvelles communautés de fans, en travaillant avec des créateurs actifs dans ces domaines de niche;
    • Adopter une approche entrepreneuriale du marketing d’influence : établir des meilleures pratiques, des indicateurs de performance (KPI), et communiquer leur impact aux équipes partenaires et à la direction, tout en équilibrant budgets et objectifs;
    • Transmettre les retours d’expérience des joueurs·ses et gérer les sentiments négatifs, y compris en situation de crise.

Ce que nous recherchons:

    • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie du jeu vidéo ou du divertissement, avec une solide expérience sur des jeux en service continu (live service);
    • Bonne compréhension des KPI liés aux influenceurs·ses, historique démontré de retour sur investissement positif, et excellente connaissance des tendances actuelles dans le domaine des influenceurs·ses jeux/entertainement ; ne pas avoir peur d’expérimenter;
    • Expérience confirmée en tant que collaborateur·trice exceptionnel·le avec des équipes interfonctionnelles (produit, marketing, finance, données), pour assurer le succès des efforts d’influence et de relations publiques;
    • Connaissance et/ou réseau dans la communauté actuelle du jeu vidéo et auprès des influenceurs·ses, considéré comme un atout majeur;
    • Maîtrise de l’anglais ; la maîtrise du français est un atout important.
