Job Description

Senior Information Architect needed for a Cross Environment Testing team focusing on complete software integration and verification. Responsibilities include delivering stakeholder needs for visualization, data handling, data mining, scripting, test management, and UX support. The role requires improving existing data handling and suggesting new visualizations. The ideal candidate has a passion for embedded software systems, experience with automotive systems, and a drive to improve efficiency and digitalization. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. The position involves working with various teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure software and electronics architectures enable business goals.

Must have:

M.Sc in Electrical or Software Engineering
10+ years experience in embedded software integration
Automotive experience and international work experience
Systemizing complex electrical systems
Test development, requirement, and analysis skills
CAN/LIN, AUTOSAR Classic, Ethernet knowledge
Experience with tools like Canoe/Canape, System Weaver

Project description

Be part of Cross Environment Testing team focusing Complete Software Integration and Verification. The team is focusing on increasing Test value, in-depth fault tracing, Fault slip through, KPI, new concepts, technology and platforms. To identify and analyse problems and how to test and measure new concepts. You will work closely together with all the testing teams within the department at customer.

You have a passion for embedded software systems and large-scale embedded SW development organizations. You seek to continuously improve the efficiency and drive the transformation to a digitalized way of working by moving from manual to automatic data driven methods. Collaboration and networking come natural to you as well as the goal that our software- and electronics- architecture and processes should enable our business. You are communicative and can use suitable value argumentation in dialogue with both product managers, stakeholders and when empowering the test and integration developers.

Responsibilities

As an Information Architect for Product Visualization for Integration and release you will:

Deliver stakeholders needs for new or updated visualization

Deliver data handling needed to visualize product plans, progress, capabilities or test results

Data mining to find the right data to present in a transparent way

Scripting to support the organization in transferring data from one tool to another

Test management tasks to align the organization

Improvements and updates of existing data handling, data mining or more efficient transparency/visualization.

Suggest new visualizations, change or removal of visualization that no one looks at (e.g monitor the number of visualizations visitors or extraction of data)

UX support to make the technical data presented in the way stakeholders can understand and want to use (e.g. top management, ART mgmt. developers)

Possibility to use the visualization/data in an automatic way connected to report outs like VPDS gate reporting, baseline evaluations or business support plan for decision making

Skills

Must have

Required qualifications / skills

M.Sc in Electrical and Software Engineering or similar relevant experience

At least 10 years of experience from working with integration driven development from an embedded software system perspective including software test and integration

Experience within automotive and from working in an international environment

Knowledge and experience in how to systemize complex electrical systems

Testdeveloping, requirement and analysis skills

CAN/LIN (automotive)

Autosar Classic, Ethernet

Tools (Canoe/Canape, database System Weaver, (Electra)

Nice to have

Excel in communication and collaboration skills

Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization

Ability to create new and better ways for the organization to be successful
