- 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit
- Strong knowledge of business processes and risk management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Fluency in English
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a Big 4 or multinational environment
- Master's degree
- Professional certification (CIA, CFE, CISA)
- Experience in the gaming industry
- Experience with data analytics or audit tools (e.g., Power BI)
