About the role
- Planning for mitigation of and responding to service outages
- Installation, support, and maintenance of network servers, computer equipment and connected peripherals
- Maintenance of hardware related to
- Configuring software, modifying software configurations, and performing basic configuration management
- Implementing client workstations software patches, security fixes and service releases.
- Identifying, analyzing, and documenting long range requirements
In the role of Senior IT Engineer, you will report to the Director, IT.
We are considering applicants for the location(s) of Grimes, Iowa.
About You
- You possess level 4 language proficiency skills in Spanish
- You have experience in administration and maintenance of MacOS, Windows
- You have at least 3 years of experience with relational database management systems such as SQL Server, mySQL
- You possess working knowledge of scripting in Powershell and Bash
- You possess some knowledge of PHP
