As a Senior Key Account Manager at Hasbro, you will be responsible for driving business within your customer portfolio and taking a broader view of overall commercial priorities. You will play a lead role in the Hasbro One voice approach across retail and maximize Hasbro brand visibility across retail channels. You will also develop and recommend appropriate sales, promotional, ranging, and in-store merchandising sales strategies to achieve near and medium-term Hasbro goals. You will proactively share channel, retailer, and brand insights with channel leads and the Global Commercial Strategy & Operations team and embrace and execute the Global channel strategy.
Must have:
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Senior Category Manager (ideally in FMCG)
  • Ability to execute Global channel strategies
  • Experience with recommending and implementing strategies across different channels
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Creative problem solving / process improvement skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong negotiation skills

What You'll Do: 
•    Drive business in own Customer portfolio but also takes a broader view of the overall commercial priorities, sharing and recommending best practice as appropriate and leading cross departmental projects  
•    Play a lead role in the Hasbro One voice approach across retail & maximize Hasbro brand visibility across retail channels 
•    Develop and recommend appropriate sales, promotional, ranging and in store merchandising sales strategies to achieve near and medium-term Hasbro goals for Customer portfolio  
•    Proactively share channel, retailer and brand insights with the channel leads and Global Commercial Strategy & Operations team  
•    Embrace & execute the Global channel strategy 

 

What You’ll Bring:
