Senior Legal Counsel

Senior Legal Counsel responsible for drafting, revising, and reviewing various company contracts; implementing contract management processes; controlling company legal risks; providing legal advice and support on copyright, business, product, and other specialized matters; assisting in handling various company disputes, litigation, and other legal affairs; and performing other tasks assigned by superiors and daily legal work for the company. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in law or above, passing the judicial examination, and at least 3 years of legal work experience in an internet/game company or law firm. Strong English communication skills are preferred, and excellent logical reasoning and communication abilities are essential. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to handle pressure.
