Job Description

The Senior Manager for Technical Application Services will oversee the growing Technical Services Delivery in the APAC region, ensuring efficient service delivery, client satisfaction, and leading a team of consultants. Responsibilities include people management, overseeing a team of approximately 10 consultants, managing employee performance, securing training, talent recruiting, ensuring high-quality service delivery, driving service offering improvements, and allocating consultants to projects. The role requires technical expertise in SimCorp Dimension and service delivery components. The Senior Manager will report to the Senior Director of Technical Application Services. This position is within a fast-growing service organization.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US 

 

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager for Technical Application Services for SimCorp Manila Office to oversee our growing Technical Services Delivery in APAC region. The key priority is to secure efficient service delivery, ensure client satisfaction and lead a team of consultants to drive excellence. 

The Technical Application Services Senior Manager is expected to have a continuous focus on delivery of high quality and optimizing customer value by focusing on good service practices and increasing a positive customer perception of SimCorp offerings and the way working with SimCorp. 

You will be part of our fast-growing service organization and being responsible for a highly skilled and motivated team, having the option to participate in the service delivery yourself based on your own expertise. In this position you will report to the Senior Director Technical Application Services. 

     

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR    

  • People development and management. 

  • Lead a group of approximately 10 consultants based in APAC region, overseeing goal setting, salary discussions and career development.  

  • Manage employee performance with your team and provide continuous feedback.   

  • Work with individual employees to raise employee satisfaction and engagement.  

  • Secure continuous training/learning in the team as well as knowledge sharing.  

  • Talent recruiting, onboarding and development in your team.  

  • Act as a coach providing career guidance to all consultants within your team.  

  • Ensure the high quality in all service deliverables and ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs/OLAs. 

  • Drive continuous improvement of our service offerings and develop new service components. 

  • Focus on standardization, efficiency and automation. 

  • Allocate consultants to projects/tasks based on business requirements and consultants' aspirations and capabilities. 

  • Being a technical expert in operating SimCorp Dimension both from an application or database perspective, you will also be responsible for service delivery components.

  • Ability to make sound decisions by pursuing ways to balance quality, cost, risk and resources.  

  • Great time-management and prioritization skills.  

  • Effective planning, carrying out, and coordination skills.  

  • Skilled at listening to different voices and recognizing their thoughts.  

  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset. 

  • Results-driven, committed, and creative with a global perspective. 

  • Strong teamwork abilities, an adaptable and cooperative colleague who excels in a culturally diverse and global organization.
