Experience:

• At least 5-year experience in delivering economic studies and market analysis, such as socio-economic analysis, industry analysis, macro-economic analysis, critical infrastructure analysis, investment analysis etc.

• Experience working for a donor-funded project or implementing partner would be a plus.

• Experience with Ukrainian central or local government would be a plus.

• Proven expertise in project management, planning and coordination.

Qualifications and skills:

• Clear passion for contributing to economic reforms and recovery activities.

• University degree in public administration, economics, engineering or finance; Master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Strong organisational and management skills.

• Understanding of local and national social and economic context.

• Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with different private and public sector stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a multinational and dynamic environment. 

• Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks. 

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel.

• Ukrainian - native/fluent, English - advanced/fluent (both oral and written).
