ZURU seeks a Senior Marketing Executive to lead impactful marketing initiatives for a new global FMCG brand launching in mid-2025. Responsibilities include localizing launch strategies across multiple markets, managing paid and organic influencer campaigns (including budgeting, content approval, and performance evaluation), overseeing PR agency relationships, executing grassroots activations, collaborating with the content marketing team on global and localized campaigns, managing marketing budgets, acting as a key contact for customer service, and conducting post-activity evaluations. The ideal candidate possesses 3-4 years of experience in brand/general marketing, exceptional multitasking skills, a strategic mindset, strong communication abilities, and familiarity with social media trends.

Roles & Responsibilities

    • You will be working with the Head of Marketing to lead and execute marketing activities for a new brand launching across multiple global markets in mid-2025!
    • This is an opportunity to be involved in a new brand from day one, shaping the marketing strategy & execution
    • You will work with the Head of Marketing to bring best-in-class marketing strategies to life, including: 
    • Localising launch marketing strategies for multiple global markets, across all areas of brand marketing  
    • Lead strategy, planning & execution of all paid & organic influencer campaigns, including drafting content briefs & KPIs, setting budgets, approving content & evaluating performance  
    • Leading influencer seeding campaigns, working with our global in-house influencer team to manage seeding hundreds of influencers & secure content  
    • Support the Head of Marketing with monitoring digital campaign performance, working closely with the Digital Team to review campaigns  
    • Lead day-to-day relationship with our global PR agencies, reviewing collaborations and press opportunities and holding accountable against KPIs  
    • Lead execution of local grassroots marketing activations, including sourcing activation ideas, managing execution and evaluating ROI    
    • Support the Head of Marketing with strategic planning of trade marketing opportunities with retailer partners & executing activations  
    • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Team, to support the execution of a differentiated, leading content strategy, including:  
    • Lead the localisation and execution of paid and organic global campaigns, supplementing as needed with additional localised content or activations. This includes content plan briefing and management with the content and digital team.  
    • Support of day-to-day execution of content across organic social channels and owned brand channels  
    • Manage monthly tracking and reconciliation of marketing budgets across, ensuring adherence to planned budgets and activities planned. This includes timely management of invoices and payments. 
    • Act as key contact for customer service (across relevant markets) and manage monthly updates and actions. 
    • Oversee bi-monthly internal and external updates for relevant markets. 
    • Manage the execution and ongoing maintenance of retailer listings. 
    • Conduct post-activity evaluation, extract insights and develop lessons learned and recommendations for future brand activity

Skills & Experience

    • You studied Marketing, Business, or equivalent
    • Relevant experience in a brand/general marketing role or equivalent from an agency (Ideally between 3-4 years) 
    • You are deeply collaborative and foster a positive and high performing culture
    • Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to set priorities, and stay focused
    • A go-getter mindset, fuelled by energy, creativity and a solutions-oriented approach
    • You’ll have a strategic and curious mindset
    • Team player. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of good humans where collaboration is at the heart of everything we do  
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong verbal and visual presentation abilities
    • You are reliable, mature, a self-starter, and you are unafraid to try, test, and have the determination to continuously improve
    • Familiarity with the latest social media trends and platforms is preferred
