Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Manager at DAZN, you will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns for a new top 4 American rightsholder. You will work with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, build relationships with external channel partners, manage budgets, and report on campaign performance. You will also be responsible for earned media programs, including PR and influencer marketing. This is a hybrid role based in our New York office with a minimum of 3 days a week required in the office. Periodic travel domestically or overseas may also be required.
Must have:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience running both on and offline marketing campaigns at scale
  • Strong understanding and experience in planning activity across owned, earned and paid channels
  • Understanding of the importance of a full funnel measurement framework
  • Experience in a rigorous, data-led environment with proven ability to drive results
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Interest in sports and/or the media & OTT landscape
  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent) education in related subject
Good to have:
  • Ability to adapt to a changing business needs in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Job Details

As part of the Growth Markets Marketing team, you will focus on developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns for a new top 4 American rightsholder on DAZN.  You will need to be fluent and engaged in all facets of integrated marketing, including optimising owned & earned marketing channels within DAZN and partner eco-systems, as well as more traditional paid media campaigns to drive growth throughout the season.
 
This is a hybrid role based in our New York office with a minimum of 3 days a week required in the office. Periodic travel domestically or overseas may also be required. The salary range would be between $100,000-$150,000 depending on experience.

As our new Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

    • Delivering 360 marketing campaigns driving global reach, awareness, and acquisition for this core rightsholder – primary focus markets includes North America, Central America, LATAM, and Asia.
    • Building and managing relationships with external channel partners.
    • Campaign delivery including management of cross-functional execution teams (e.g. Social, Creative, Media, DAZN News, Legal, Product & Tech, Commercial).
    • Working with key internal stakeholders to build earned media programs including PR and influencer marketing
    • Budget management, including liaison with finance on CPA/ROAS results & forecasting.
    • Reporting on campaign performance in weekly trading meetings and post campaign analysis.

You'll have:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role - either agency or client side.
    • Demonstrated hands-on experience running both on and offline marketing campaigns at scale.
    • Have a strong understanding and experience in planning activity across owned, earned and paid channels, as well as partner marketing.
    • Show understanding of the importance of a full funnel measurement framework.
