We are seeking an experienced and highly autonomous Senior Marketing Manager with deep expertise in email marketing to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has SaaS marketing experience, and knows how to build, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns that drive measurable results. You will own the email marketing strategy end-to-end, from ideation to execution, developing segmentation strategies and lifecycle marketing campaigns. You will also define and monitor KPIs, A/B test, and report to optimize performance and increase ROI, ensuring all campaigns meet deliverability, compliance, and brand standards.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with customer lifecycle marketing and churn reduction strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and advanced personalization tactics.
Must Have:
  • Own email marketing strategy end-to-end.
  • Build, deploy, and analyze email campaigns.
  • Develop segmentation and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and A/B testing.
  • Ensure campaign deliverability, compliance, and brand standards.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with strong email marketing emphasis.
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Iterable, or similar).
  • Strong background in SaaS marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the email marketing strategy end-to-end, from ideation to execution.
  • Build, deploy, and analyze email campaigns that engage leads, nurture prospects, and retain customers.
  • Develop segmentation strategies and lifecycle marketing campaigns tailored to different customer journeys.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, A/B testing, and reporting to optimize performance and increase ROI.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet deliverability, compliance, and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging with company growth goals.
  • Stay up to date with best practices, tools, and trends in SaaS and email marketing.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on email marketing.
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Iterable, or similar).
  • Strong background in SaaS marketing and experience in startup environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with customer lifecycle marketing and churn reduction strategies.
