Job Details
Responsibilities:
1.负责PC/主机类产品全球市场的营销工作，包括整体营销策略制定，内容营销工作，创意Campaign策划与落地； 2.能够有效分析产品内核与玩法内核，筛选并明确目标用户、分析用户诉求、提炼核心卖点，并结合市场环境、产品阶段输出市场营销方案； 3.为各类事件、营销内容制定和规划执行效果目标，与核心业务指标关联，对产品的内容声量、传播效率、用户转化效率负责； 4.基于传播视角，与产品、社区、创意等团队配合，设计传播方案，推进游戏内外资源整合，落地执行。
Requirements:
1.3年以上PC/主机游戏营销或市场行业工作经验， 有PC/主机类产品全周期发行经验，有全球市场营销经验者优先； 2.对游戏行业熟悉且充满热情，有深度PC/主机类产品体验经历； 3.市场触觉敏锐，喜欢创意，能够快速抓住游戏用户偏好，对游戏内容生态有较深理解 ； 4.具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行落地能力，善于多线程、跨团队的沟通协作； 5.可用日语作为工作语言加分。
