About the role

We are seeking a creative Marketing Producer to support the team across various campaign and project productions. As a core member of our growing marketing team, you sit within Marketing Operations and are someone who lives for high-quality creative, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and you know marketing assets and creative deliverables inside and out.

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and resourceful, has strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and collaborates well with others.

 

  You will...

  • Work within the marketing team to keep our production calendar up to date
  • Manage productions with the support of production companies, PAs, and freelancers
  • Act as the main point of contact between production partners and project leads
  • Manage external vendor and freelance relationships
  • Source vendors, obtain estimates, negotiate, and own our production roster of contractors
  • Own logistics and coordination of production elements and documentation including asset management, physical props, run of show, day of coordination, non-influencer / extras talent coordination, location scouting and booking, permits, insurance
  • Manages the flow of creative feedback between production partner and project team
  • Traffic deliverables to internal and external stakeholders and agencies
  • Track budget for productions in coordination with budget owners

 

  You have...

  • 5+ years of production experience at a major brand, organization, or agency
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work on both integrated campaigns and scrappy shoots
  • A strong roster of production and other industry relationships
  • A meticulous sense of organization and operational excellence
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A strong sense of brand and details
  • Effective and efficient written and spoken communication

 

  Exceptional candidates will have...

  • Experience using project and task management tools like Asana and JIRA
  • Curiosity about language learning, and proficiency in multiple languages
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
