Here’s what you’ll be doing

Focus on innovation and testing to discover new strategies for our marketing campaigns
Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and video ad networks
Define the right key performance metrics and monitor them closely to optimize marketing campaigns for better results
Continuously conduct A/B tests and deliver new approaches based on the results
Identify key growth opportunities by analyzing user data, market trends, and competitor insights and make data-driven decisions to maximize the performance of our marketing campaigns
Initiate and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
Team up with Marketing Artists to come up with creative plans by combining a data-driven approach and strong creative skills

Desired skills and experiences

2+ years of Performance Marketing experience
Proven analytical abilities, with experience working with data sets
Passion for mobile gaming and an understanding of the gaming culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
