We are currently recruiting for a fantastic re-designed role within our LOC Sales Department. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Director for Poland.
This role is leading Haleon’s sales and customer marketing strategy and implementation in Mass Market, while ensuring the achievement of sales, profit, cash, market shares and in-store targets. The position embraces responsibility for the leadership and development of a highly engaged team of KAMs, including KAM’s managing the biggest customers.
Visible and hands-on leader of the channel, creating a high-performance culture and an engaged team that collaborates cross-functionally in an efficient manner. Exemplify growth mindset in the team working habits.
Ensure deep understanding of the channel dynamics, maximize the potential of the accounts, monitor competition and category performance and use insights to drive tactical and strategic thinking.
Oversee the development of the annual customer plans and provide regular monitoring and control of implementation.
Develop/Execute a strategic customer investment grid and action plan to optimize ROI.
Set the overall account strategy, including trade agreements’, promotional strategy, in store benchmarks, d-comm expansion, commercial and financial performance, customer marketing.

Responsible for the build and execution of the Joint Business Plans.
Monitor competition and identify risks/opportunities.
Responsible for the forecasting cycle.
Externally build a network in the industry and internally collaborate across Haleon’s teams to share best practices, inspire, challenge, and develop the sales organization.
Drive the capabilities of his/her team.
Accountability: MM Net Sales, G2N delivery, Advantage survey.
The ideal candidate should have a blend of relevant education, experience and skills that demonstrate both strategic and operational capabilities.
University Degree, preferably in Economics/ Business Administration
Fluent Polish and English
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Management, including Key Account and Field sales management
Experience of working in Mass Market in FM categories, managing international and regional customers
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Proven experience in team and people management
Winning sales skills: strategic planning, insights mining, relationship management, account strategy
Accountability for results, proven high performance
Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity
Ability to find solutions and move things forward; Results driven, resilient, problem solving and decision making
