Job Description

This Senior Murex Datamart Developer role involves working on a project for a large European bank to onboard new products onto their Murex system. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and configuring Murex Datamart implementations, focusing on credit risk reporting. The role requires configuring reports related to risk, transactions, compliance, P&L, and cash flow, optimizing existing reports, collaborating with business stakeholders on requirements, documenting specifications and test cases, and managing stakeholders from IT and business teams. The project involves extending the current application scope and working on change requests and enhancements.

Must have:

4+ years Murex Datamart Development experience
Experience with Dynamic tables, BoF, BoE, Scanner templates
Risk/MLC reporting exposure
Configuring risk, transaction, compliance reports
Report optimization experience
Advanced SQL skills
Good financial market understanding
Unix experience
Technical solution design & ownership

Good to have:

MLC experience
DevOps on Murex (GIT, Jenkins, JIRA)
FXCash, FX Derivatives, Commodities experience

Project description

We've been engaged by a large European Bank to provide resources to their Murex program. The program is to onboard new products onto Murex.

The Programme team members are specialists in multiple skills who work on change requirements and enhancements, directly interact with the Business stakeholders, and take Business Requirements from inception through to production delivery

Responsibilities

You will be part of a project team extending the current application scope. Main focus will be on credit risk reporting in Murex.

Analyze, design, and configure Murex Datamart implementation.

Configure risk, transaction, compliance, PL, cash flow, etc. reports.

Work on Change Request and enhancements

Optimize reports

Coordinate with business on requirement

Document Functional, Technical Specifications and Test Cases for integration

Come up with design and build documents

Manage stakeholders from IT and business

Skills

Must have

4+ years of Murex Datamart Development experience.

Good experience on Dynamic tables, BoF, BoE, Scanner templates, etc.

Exposure on risk/MLC reporting.

Good experience in configuring risk, transaction, compliance, PL, cash flow, etc. reports.

Good experience in Optimizing reports.

Advanced SQL.

Good financial market understanding covering different asset classes.

Unix.

Technical solution design experience and start-to-end solution ownership

Nice to have

MLC Experience

DevOps on Murex experience (GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, etc)

Experience with FXCash, FX Derivatives, Commodities
