We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic Senior Operations Analyst to join our Customer Success Programs & Operations team. Reporting to the Director, Customer Success Programs & Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide data-driven recommendations for improving customer experience and adoption programs
- Conducting workload analysis to balance team capacity, drive productivity, and support long-term growth
- Defining and implementing standardized operating cadences, QBRs, adoption reviews, program performance tracking
- Identifying at-risk customers and implementing early intervention strategies to improve retention and minimize churn
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field
- Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and operational process optimization within a Customer Success or post-sales environment
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, including SFDC, Excel, and BI platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience building and managing data models, resource allocation plans, and workload forecasting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from ideation to execution
- Familiarity with working in a SaaS-based organization
