Team Introduction The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Responsibilities - Management of operations governance and regulatory deliverables including analysis of rules and regulations, firmwide policies, standards and controls - Management of intragroup and third-party outsourcing relationships within EBA guidelines (ensuring appropriate due diligence, SLAs and risk assessments are completed and outsourcing registers are maintained) - Developing comprehensive whole of entity Management and Operational Reporting - Ensuring the operations function meets its resilience requirements, including regular BCP planning and testing - Management and oversight of a robust Change Management process - Creating a culture and practice of Continuous Process Improvement

Minimum Qualifications: - Strong Leadership, Communication and People Management skills - Works well under pressure within time/budget constraints to solve problems, adjust quickly to shifting priorities, and make decisions with limited information - Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, in particular contributing to global and cross-functional teams - Highly motivated to contribute and grow within a complex area of emerging importance - Strong understanding of: - Outsourcing and Vendor Management - Business Continuity Planning and Operational Resilience - Knowledge of Irish AML requirements Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years of work experience in Operations and Vendor Management, with at least 2 years of experience in banking or payment services - In-depth experience managing complex operations in a bank, FinTech or payment related industry - Experience in deploying and managing standard certification frameworks ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
