As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Behaviour Interactive, you will build strong strategic partnerships with managers to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities include advising on performance management, talent development, change management, labor relations, compensation, and succession planning. You'll analyze data, propose solutions, and act as a change agent within your business unit. You'll foster a positive work environment and ensure best practices across various HR functions. This role requires 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.

Reporting to our Talent & Culture Business Partnership Manager, the Senior Talent & Culture Business Partner will be responsible for developing a close strategic partnership with the managers of their business unit to achieve corporate objectives.

The partner will bring their expertise to managers to build motivated and high-performing teams. This person will ensure that best practices are in place in terms of performance management, talent development, and workplace well-being. The partner positions themselves as a true change agent within their business unit.

In this role you will :

    • Develop a trusting relationship and a real strategic partnership with managers.
    • Provide advisory support to internal managers on all HR needs: performance management, skills and talent development, change management, labor relations, total compensation, succession planning, etc.
    • Examine and analyze organizational parameters, including employee experience data, to propose tailored solutions.
    • Bring your expertise and leadership in organizational transformation contexts by contributing to various projects with strategic impact for the company.
    • Ensure a thoughtful and systematic approach, clear documentation, and adequate follow-up.

What we're looking for :

    • 7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced organizational context.
    • Ability to make connections, have an overall view and a clear understanding of the situation, open-mindedness, ability to navigate gray areas, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.
    • Language skills Bilingual (French, English) both spoken and written.
