Job Description

The Senior People Operations Associate will manage employment processes, administer benefits, and handle HR-related tasks. Responsibilities include daily operations, benefits and compensation management, Oracle system administration, personnel record maintenance, payroll processing, international assignments support, employee relations, and general employment matters. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with policies and foster a positive work environment. The job requires a university degree and experience in HR operations, including knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation, demonstrating strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, persistence, teamwork, and time management. The role aims to provide high-quality, employee-oriented services. They should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Oracle HR systems or similar HRIS is preferred.
Must have:
  • Manage employment processes like contracts and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Ensure accurate personnel records and oversee administrative tasks.
  • Process employee movements and prepare monthly salary reports.
  • Assist with international assignments and relocation documents.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues effectively.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
  • Proven experience in People/HR Operations (minimum 18 months).

  • Familiarity with Oracle HR systems or similar HRIS.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior People Operations Associate to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to deliver high-quality, employee-oriented services and ensure efficient administration.

  • Daily Operations: Manage employment processes, including contract preparation, onboarding, changes, absences, and offboarding.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits and compensation programs while guiding related inquiries.
  • Oracle System: Approve change requests, generate reports, and implement system updates and improvements.
  • Personnel Administration: Ensure accurate personnel records and oversee administrative tasks in the employee lifecycle.
  • Payroll: Process employee movements and prepare monthly salary reports.
  • International Assignments: Assist with international assignments and relocation documents, ensuring seamless support for global mobility.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering a positive work environment.
  • General Employment Matters: Handle various employment-related tasks while ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: University degree.
  • Language Skills: Intermediate English proficiency (B.1.1.and higher).
  • HR Expertise: Good knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
  • Experience: Proven experience in People/HR Operations (minimum 18 months).
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Oracle HR systems or similar HRIS is preferred.
