Job Summary
Betsson is seeking a Senior PPC Specialist to join their team in Buenos Aires to drive growth across Latin America. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing PPC campaigns across search, app, and video channels, targeting emerging and established markets. The specialist will create and manage innovative campaigns tailored to diverse audiences, contributing to the iGaming landscape in the region. Responsibilities include quarterly planning, PPC automation, script and bidding strategy implementation, data analysis for performance improvement, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including Google Account Managers, SEO, and other biddable channels. The role also supports ASO, A/B testing, and CRO strategies.
Must Have
- Drive impactful PPC campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
- Understand LATAM market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Use PPC tools like Google Ads and analytics platforms.
- Work collaboratively within multicultural teams.
- Communicate fluently in Spanish and English.
Good to Have
- Portuguese is a plus.

Job Description
You'll be a vital part of a team that’s reshaping the iGaming landscape in the region.
We want you to excel in the following:
- PPC campaigns planning for consolidated or new markets.
- Quarterly planning & action Iiplementation of PPC activities according to regional goals/targets.
- Create, manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Search, App and Video) .
- PPC automation, scripts and bidding strategies.
- Proactively analyse data to identify opportunities for growth or improvement of account performance and day-to-day processes.
- Guarantee the highest quality of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively search and present new ideas to regional managers and internal stakeholders to increase efficiency and performance
- Ensure an excellent cross-channel collaboration with other teams such as SEO and other biddable channels.
- Collaborate with other marketing channels in order to support and implement ASO, A/B test and CRO strategies.
