Salary :- 10 to 12LPA upto

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Design Engineer to join our team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in water and wastewater treatment technologies, with 10-15 years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing treatment plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop water and wastewater treatment plants, including STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and WTP (Water Treatment Plant)
• Evaluate and optimize existing treatment processes
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical audits
• Prepare detailed project reports (FEED, BDED, DDED), proposals, and tender documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Provide technical support for commissioning, operation, and maintenance of plants
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians

Requirements:

• BE Chemical/Mechanical or ME in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry
• Expertise in various treatment technologies:
• MBBR (Moving Bed Bioreactor)
• MBR (Membrane Bioreactor)
• SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor)
• A2O (Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic configuration)
• Extended Aeration
• Strong understanding of process design, engineering, and operations
• Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in water/wastewater treatment (e.g., CWEA, Wastewater Treatment Operator)
• Experience with water/wastewater treatment plant operations and maintenance
• Familiarity with Indian regulations and standards (e.g., CPCB, MoEF)
