Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Senior Procurement Specialist to manage relationships with Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) suppliers and optimizing procurement processes.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for ODM suppliers.

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, performance evaluation and risk management. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality team, to align procurement strategies with company goals.

  • Conduct regular supplier review, monitor supplier performance through regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.

  • Responsible for creating, negotiating, completing, and governing all contracts

  • Foster strong relationships with ODM suppliers, overall suppliers governance and management, including supplier relationships ownership. 

  • Lead on-going drive for cost improvement and annual cost reduction

  • Reviewing and analyzing procurement reports


Basic Requirements

  • Candidates must have at least minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.

  • Ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields is a plus. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in procurement software and tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A good team player, a person with integrity, mature and self-motivated
