Job Description

The Senior Procurement Specialist will join the Global Procurement team and participate in initiatives related to Coupa, the Procure-to-Pay system. Responsibilities include coordinating purchasing activities, developing and implementing procurement policies, overseeing supplier onboarding, managing supplier database information, and serving as an administrator for the corporate Purchasing card program. The role requires building strong relationships with business partners and external stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement of goods and services.

  • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience
  • Advanced English level both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills

The Procurement Operations team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Procurement specialist to join our Global Procurement team.

This operational role will participate in initiatives related to Coupa, our Procure-to-Pay system, as well as assist with supplier onboarding/management and ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement of goods and services.

Individual should be capable of building strong working relationships with business partners, professional peers and other team members and operating level relationships with contractors, suppliers and other external stakeholders.

This position reports to the Procurement Operations Manager and works closely with the Procurement, Accounts Payable and Business System teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate purchasing activities with various departments, including reviewing, analyzing and troubleshooting purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Coupa
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Oversee supplier onboarding
  • Assist with managing supplier database information
  • Serve as administrator for corporate Purchasing card program
  • Interact closely with suppliers and business partners to resolve procurement issues


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience - including use of Supply Chain / Procurement systems
  • Advanced English level both verbal and written
  • Coupa experience preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to understand strategies and business-related concepts
  • Capable of working with limited supervision and able to plan for and manage daily activities and also manage moderately complex projects/initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of Global Procurement
  • Advanced organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure and in response to changing priorities
