Senior Producer

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Senior Producer for a leading global video game company. Work with a passionate, creative team building campaigns for some of the most iconic franchises in the industry.

You’ll join the Marketing Creative team to lead high-complexity projects and ensure smooth creative production across franchise campaigns. This is a 6-month opportunity. The role is located in Santa Monica, CA and is hybrid.

Senior Producer Responsibilities:

• Provide project leadership on complex campaigns, working closely with senior stakeholders

• Prioritize pipeline deliverables and maintain high-quality output

• Coordinate with teams and partners to ensure expectations and deadlines are clearly defined

• Manage campaign-level planning and mentor junior producers

• Identify risks, adjust timelines, and keep final project dates on track

• Route materials to stakeholders and track revisions, approvals, and legal compliance

• Review creative for brand accuracy and technical compliance

• Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external vendors

• Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and lead follow-through actions

• Propose and implement workflow improvements and streamlined processes

Senior Producer Requirements:

• 6+ years experience in production/project management in creative, marketing, or advertising environments

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume projects and tight deadlines

• Experience juggling multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities

• Strong organizational skills and asset tracking experience

• Familiarity with creative marketing for entertainment or gaming preferred

• Effective under pressure with excellent communication and collaboration skills

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
