仕事内容

• プロジェクトの制作をリードし、プロジェクトのスコープ、目標、成果物などを定める

• プロジェクト全体の計画、スケジュール、予算を作成と管理

• 全チームの状況把握および管理をし、プロジェクトの状況やリスクを見極め、積極的に課題に対処し、プロジェクトの品質と進行を維持する

• チームメンバーに創造の限界を押し広げ、新しいアイデアや技術力を向上することを促す

• プロジェクトのステークホルダーの窓口となり、定期的な報告、フィードバックや懸念事項への対応などを管理

必要な資格

• ８年以上のゲーム開発経験と３年以上のマネージメントの経験

• 少なくともAA以上のゲームに、企画立ち上げから発売までプロデューサーとしてかかわった経験

• 開発やプロジェクトマネジメントに関する経験

• 強い積極性、アイデアを持ち、積極的にプロジェクトに貢献できる方

• 世界中のビデオゲーム市場を含むエンターテインメント・コンテンツに関する深い知識（業界動向、ベストプラクティス、新技術を含む）を持ち、この知識を活用してイノベーションとエクセレンスを推進できる方

• Microsoft Officeツール（PowerPoint、Word、Excelなど）、Google Apps（Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc）に精通している方

• 優れたプレゼンテーション能力

• 東京で勤務が可能な方（スタジオ出社もしくはハイブリッド））

望ましい資格

• アーティストとマネージャーの視点からクリエイティブを見直す力のある方

• 細部にこだわり、きめ細かな調整や対応が可能な方

• 柔軟な発想で物事に対処できる方

• Jira、Hansoftなどのプロジェクト管理ツールを使用した経験がある方

Job Description

A Senior Producer will have a direct role in bringing the game to our fans around the world.

The ideal candidate for this position recognizes the strengths and needs of the developers on the team and has exceptional communication and scheduling skills that allows the team to maximize their performance. We are looking for Senior Producer with a strong positive mindset who has a passion to contribute to people and society.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the production of a game project, working closely with internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

• Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and track progress to ensure targets are met

• Review, identify, and address project risks and obstacles, making proactive decisions to address challenges and maintain project quality and momentum

• Encourage team members to push creative boundaries and explore new ideas and technologies

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing feedback and concerns, and managing expectations effectively

Skills & Requirements

• 8+ years of game development experience with +3 or more years of management experience

• Experience as a producer in leading and shipping AA games or higher from inception to launch

• Extensive knowledge of game development and project management

• In-depth knowledge of entertainment content including the video game market from around the world including industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) and Google Apps (Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc）

• Excellent presentation skills

• Excellent collaborative and communication skills

• Fluent in English and Japanese

• Able to work in Tokyo (in person or hybrid)

+Pluses

• Ability to review creativity from the perspective of an artist and manager

• Possess a commitment to detail, and are adept at fine tuning and adjusting to the situation at hand

• Proficient with project management tools, such as Jira, Hansoft, etc.

• Strong analytical and logical problem solving skills

• Passionate about the game and fans!
