Job Description

Our Age of Magic team is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to use data analysis methods to understand player needs, improve user experience, and boost profitability. This role involves creating data-driven insights, applying machine learning, and working closely with game designers to find growth areas and enhance monetization. You will prioritize tasks for a team of product analysts, form and validate product hypotheses, search for user behavior patterns, plan and execute A/B tests, research segmentation improvements, and develop technical tools for data collection.

Must have:

3+ years product analyst experience in gaming
Experience with product parameters and metrics
Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
Excellent presentation and data visualization skills
Interest in gaming industry
STEM education
Fluent Russian

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Analyst who can create valuable data-driven product insights and has experience in machine learning to make our game even more attractive to our players.

Position at

Heroes do battle on the remnants of an ancient magical world.

Tasks

Prioritize tasks for mini-team of product analysts.
Formation and validation of product hypotheses.
Close work with game designers to find growth areas and improve monetization metrics.
Search for user behavior patterns.
Plan, conduct and evaluate the results of A/B tests.
Research ways to improve segmentation.
Work on technical tools for data collection.

Our ideal candidate has

At least 3 years of experience as a product analyst on gaming projects.
Experience working with product parameters and metrics (required).
Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools - Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
Excellent presentation and data visualization skills.
Interest in the gaming industry.
STEM education.
Fluent Russian.
