We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in creating exceptional user experiences for our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and user-centric design process.
Minimum 6 years of experience, with a strong focus on prototyping, user interaction, research, and atomic design.
Proficiency in Figma.
Strong understanding of design systems and their implementation.
Proven track record of delivering successful design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
A passion for staying updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and industry advancements.
Experience with interaction design (Figma, ProtoPie, Principle, After Effects or anything that gets the job done).
Experience with development to facilitate collaboration with the technical team and inform design decisions.
Experience in leading design sprints or facilitating creative workshops.
Demonstrated ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing.
