Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer at GoTo Group, you'll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product managers to design and develop new features for Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and Cash Loan services. Responsibilities include creating world-class UI solutions for fintech products, optimizing user journeys, conducting usability testing, and translating wireframes into appealing designs. You'll need to manage stakeholders, understand consumer needs, and stay updated on industry trends. This role requires 7+ years of experience in end-to-end product design for high-growth, consumer-facing, or fintech products, strong design principles, and proficiency in UX/UI design. You'll be part of a dynamic, multi-location team focused on reshaping the fintech landscape.

As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with Engineers, Analysts, Product Managers, and Project Teams to conceptualize, design, and own new and exciting features that extend access to credit for millions of active users across the globe.
What You Will Do
- Create world-class UI solutions in the fintech space to enhance user experiences and align with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product and tech teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Advocate for user-centered design by optimizing user journeys and experiences across platforms.
- Manage stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration across multiple regions and teams.
- Understand the evolving needs of consumers and merchants to design solutions that cater to their challenges.
- Conduct design reviews, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback to improve product performance.
- Translate wireframes into intuitive, visually appealing designs with hands-on UI skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into the design process.
What You Will Need
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end product design for high-growth, consumer-facing, or fintech products.
- Strong grasp of design principles and the ability to build intuitive digital experiences.
- Expertise in the product development lifecycle (PDLC), including design, testing, and UAT.
- Proficiency in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Solid understanding of user segments and their impact on the design process.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
- A passion for solving complex problems and delivering innovative design solutions.
