Senior Product Designer

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We are currently seeking a Senior Product Designer for a global entertainment company in Seattle, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and innovative designer who is passionate about creating digital experiences that seamlessly bridge the gap between physical and digital environments. You’ll be working on a variety of projects that impact a global audience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, user-centered design solutions.

This is a 12-month, full-time contract position with a hybrid onsite schedule in Seattle. The application deadline is 11/27/24.

Senior Product Designer Responsibilities:

• Create original, practical, and elegant digital experiences for a global audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into exceptional digital products.
• Apply rigorous design thinking to the entire product development lifecycle.
• Integrate our client’s unique brand elements while meeting high customer expectations.
• Gather and incorporate customer feedback to ensure alignment with user needs.
• Design seamless experiences for web, mobile web, and native apps (iOS and Android).
• Present designs to executive stakeholders, using strong visual, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Mentor junior team members, promoting collaboration and creative growth.

Senior Product Designer Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience as an end-to-end multidisciplinary product designer.
• Proven background working with premium brands in e-commerce, hospitality, or food & beverage services.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Expertise in user-first design principles and creating impactful digital solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly share design ideas and solutions.
• Experience with conversational user interfaces, AR/VR, or interactive 3D environments is a plus.
• A portfolio that showcases your ability to design innovative and user-centered products.

Education:

• Required: 2-year college degree or equivalent.
• Preferred: 4-year college degree.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
