Senior Product Designer

We’re hiring a Product Designer for an exciting opportunity with a premier client in the travel and hospitality industry who is redefining the guest experience through digital innovation.

Join our client’s forward-thinking Digital Creative Studio and take the lead in shaping dynamic, component-based mobile interfaces that elevate the vacation experience for millions. In this role, you’ll help define the visual direction of digital products, contributing to a scalable design system while crafting beautiful and functional cross-platform experiences across mobile, web, and TV.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead visual design direction from concept through launch, aligning with guest needs and business objectives.

• Define and implement foundational design elements including typography, iconography, and motion principles.

• Collaborate with the Design System team to evolve a multi-brand, scalable design language.

• Apply accessibility standards to ensure inclusive user experiences.

• Create high-fidelity mockups and motion prototypes for iOS and Android applications.

• Leverage data to drive design decisions and improve usability.

• Clearly present and defend design decisions with insights backed by user research.

• Stay informed on industry trends in digital design, UX/UI, and hospitality tech.

Qualifications

• Degree in Design, Human-Centered Engineering, Anthropology, or Fine Art (preferred).

• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Rive, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Experience using prototyping tools like Principle, Webflow, or Framer.

• Strong portfolio featuring real, launched digital products.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

• Ability to translate complex systems into intuitive user experiences.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
