The Senior Product Designer at Super.com will play a key role in developing their referral program. This role requires a strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity, translating strategies into effective designs. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data, UXR) to define initiatives, craft end-to-end experiences, and leverage research and data to inform decisions. The role involves leading design sprints, prototyping, testing, and contributing to the Super.com design system. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience with B2C products, especially mobile, are crucial. The ideal candidate will have experience building consumer products in fast-paced environments, leveraging user research and data to drive design decisions.

We work closely with our cross-functional partners to uncover and articulate ambitious product strategies, untangle complex and ambiguous business problems, and provide compelling, intuitive, delightful solutions that solve our customers’ needs. There’s a lot of work to be done designing new features from “0-1”, optimizing existing experiences, and elevating the quality of our product. About the role

This Senior Product Designer will play a key role in building and developing our referral program. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity, and can translate clear strategies into beautiful designs that meet our user needs and drive business impact. If you are a visionary, driven, and want to deliver high impact, this is the role for you!You’ll be part of the Product Design team that spans across multiple fintech product verticals, who collaborate to create a cohesive e-2-e user experience. You will work closely with your cross-functional partners to define your team’s quarterly strategy, ideate new concepts, rapidly prototype and test,  inform the roadmap, and deliver impact through your work. You will leverage data and research insights to deeply understand user needs, then directly apply those insights to designs that deliver clear and measurable value, both to our customers and to the business. You will craft functional, delightful, and impactful end-to-end experiences that span mobile and desktop. Finally, you are an empathetic and critical thinker, considerate of the impact and scope of your initiatives within the context of the wider customer journey, and the Super.com ecosystem.

Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including peers in product, engineering, data, and UXR to identify key initiatives, determine metrics of success, and then craft end-to-end experience that solve customers problems and meet business objectives.
    • Leverage research, data analytics, and competitive analyses to build strong perspectives that guide your team towards making thoughtful, effective, and impactful decisions.
    • As a strategic partner, leverage data & customer research to proactively inform the product roadmap to drive bigger impact for the business through a meaningful user experience that meets our customer needs.
    • Lead the team through rapid prototyping and testing design sprints to ideate new high-quality concepts and evaluate the impact of your solutions. Then, develop those concepts into longer-term design solutions as part of the Super.com ecosystem, for a cohesive and meaningful user journey. 
    • Contribute to raising the design quality bar at the Super.com by collaborating with your Product Design and Product peers.
    • Contribute to the growth of the Super.com design system, enhance design and engineering efficiencies, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, anticipate feedback, and set or manage their expectations effectively. 
    • Build consensus and alignment amongst conflicting data and viewpoints to deliver impactful design, and guide stakeholders to the most efficient use of their time for you and your team’s objectives.

Preferred Experience

    • 5+ years of Product Design experience, working closely with product and engineering partners.
    • Portfolio demonstrating strong critical thinking skills, data-informed decisions, high-level of craft, and measurable impact.
    • Experience in B2C products with high-engagement touchpoints, especially on mobile.
    • Highly-skilled in ideating new concepts with rapid prototyping to bring them to life and test.
    • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with other product designers, researchers, PMs, engineering, data analysts…etc.
    • Effective stakeholder management, with strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Experience working on “0-1” consumer products in fast-paced, changing environments, delivering high quality designs within rapid iteration cycles.
    • Experience informing and driving design decisions by leveraging user research and quantitative data.
    • Experience conducting unmoderated usability tests and producing analyses of your results.
    • Mastery of Figma, including interactive prototyping and working efficiently with design libraries. Proficiencies in standard design, collaboration and documentation tools (Figjam, Notion, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace)
    • Fintech experience
    • Motion and/or interaction design skills 
    • Familiarity with data gathering and analysis tools, specifically Amplitude
