Job Description

The Senior Product Engineer is responsible for supporting existing products in production and transitioning new products to volume production. This involves product characterization, qualification, yield analysis, and improvement. The role requires collaboration with technical and production teams, leading projects, and developing project schedules. The engineer will need to have experience in automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test. They are also expected to demonstrate advanced data analysis and statistical capabilities.

Must have:

Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Test Product Engineering (NPI/Sustaining).
Experience with automated test equipment, wafer sort, and final test.
Experience with CMOS basics and device physics, including BiCMOS.
Experience with yield analysis software/database (JMP, Spotfire).
Familiarity with reliability testing and failure analysis.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of advanced data analysis & statistical capabilities.

Good to have:

Hands on experience with high voltage, high power testing.
Bench setups and evaluation of semiconductors experience.

Job Description

Responsible for support of existing products in production and the transition of new products to volume production. Focus on product expansion to different fabrication sites. Responsibilities include product characterization, product qualification, yield analysis, and yield improvement. Position requires interface with various technical and production groups and includes leading projects, teams, and individuals as well as the development of project schedules.

Requirements:

Bachelor/Master's degree, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years' experience of Test Product Engineering (NPI/Sustaining) experience.
Demonstrated experience with support of automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test.
Experience with CMOS basics and device physics, including BiCMOS, preferably analog/ power electronics IC knowledge.
Experience with yield analysis software/database (JMP, Spotfire).
Familiarity with reliability testing, methodologies, basic failure analysis principles and techniques, automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test.
Hands on experience with high voltage, high power testing is a plus.
Bench setups and evaluation of semiconductors experience is desired.
