Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of product management or a similar technical role.
- Proven track record of launching technical enterprise products.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Description
The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
- Moloco Commerce Media (MCM) enables marketplaces to leverage the recent advances in AI for delivering tailored ads to relevant users, driven by first-party data.
- As a Senior Product Manager at Moloco, you will help us define the vision, strategy, and roadmap to bring state-of-the-art commerce media advertising products and seamless enterprise workflows and capabilities to the market.
- You will contribute to the development of an ML-based online advertising platform for the rapidly growing retail media industry.
- You will help design, develop and maintain our state of the art MCM product.
What You’ll Do:
- Define customer value and MCM product roadmap.
- Synthesize large amounts of internal and external data from multiple sources and glean insights for product development.
- Lead cross functional teams to drive rapid and high quality product development.
- Stay on top of trends in the industry including competitors and surface new product offering and positioning ideas.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and materials including generating and maintaining all sales enablement templates such as decks and case studies.
- Communicate with various external partners for collaboration to advance the product.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operational roadblocks.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and driving adoption for technical enterprise products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in commerce advertising, enterprise product management, or retail media industries.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with competitive intelligence and market analysis frameworks.
