Qube Cinema is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product growth and profitability. This role involves collaboration across teams, focusing on product strategy, roadmap, and features. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing an understanding of the industry, shaping product strategy, managing user feedback, improving business metrics, driving new initiatives, and facilitating product adoption. The candidate will work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business Development teams to maximize product impact and improve operational processes.
Good To Have:
  • A degree in business or engineering is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies.
  • Experience with product management software tools is a plus.
Must Have:
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Understanding and anticipating customer needs to devise effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a readiness to think creatively.

We are seeking a proactive Senior Product Manager to drive and propel some of Qube’s products through a period of growth and beyond, aiming for increased scale, impact, and profitability. This role involves collaboration with our Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business Development teams, focusing on Product Strategy, Roadmap, Features, and the pursuit of impactful, sustainable outcomes.

Responsibilities: 
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our industry, customers, and market landscape to inform product development.
  • Shape and manage Product Strategy, Roadmap, and OKRs in alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Translate goals and ideas into detailed product requirements, feature specifications, and other product-specific artifacts.
  • Actively manage and incorporate user feedback, optimizing user experience and identifying and addressing product gaps.
  • Continuously improve our core business metrics and strategy, identify key areas with high potential and opportunities for growth in both the medium and long term.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to drive new initiatives that will increase market share.
  • Foster alignment, improve communication, and streamline workflows across internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Own market research data and product analytics to facilitate data-driven insights and decision-making.
  • Facilitate product adoption, support onboarding of customers and team members, and promote product knowledge across the organization.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business Development teams to improve operational processes and maximize product impact.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager (at least 8 years into Product Management), Entrepreneur, or similar role with direct responsibility for the Product Management function.
  • A degree in business or engineering is preferred.
  • A passion for the movie industry and a desire to develop deep expertise in this space.
  • Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and devise effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a readiness to think creatively and demonstrate initiative.
  • Attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to identify opportunities and transform them into success stories.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand diverse viewpoints and appreciate differing perspectives.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, constantly questioning and evolving best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies and experience with product management software tools is a plus.
