About The Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial product manager to drive the next stage of Value Added Services offerings to SME merchants in Indonesia. This role is the primary product owner of GoPay Spiker, a first of its kind IoT device that enables merchants to feel confident & secure when receiving digital payments from their customers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in growing a new but promising business within GoTo Financial’s Merchant Services organization.
What You Will Do
- Represent the end user of your product, understand them & drive the product solutions to solve this end user problems
- Define and drive a roadmap for the team in collaboration with stakeholders from Engineering, Design, Research, Business and Operations to build a solid world class product
- Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and demo them early and often
- Deliver features. You put things on paper, get your hands dirty, and execute with precision to make sure products and features are launched
- Understand that “one size doesn’t fit all” and conceptualize solutions that are configurable and adaptable to the maximum extent possible
- Be in the details. Know your team’s work in-depth- down to API names and contracts
- Define clear and well-scoped requirements and usability documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
- Deep dive into data and identity right problem statements and right segments to target and take experimentation driven product development approach
What You Will Need
- Have at least 6 years of product management experience, working with payment devices / IoT is a plus
- Skilled at working with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, the ability to summarize complex and technical topics to a wide range of audiences. You also know how to build trust, set goals, and get things done. You aren’t afraid of using whatever channel (face-to-face, email, Slack)
- You are a self-starter, you love to understand systems inside out, and make it your mission to deliver quality products
- A “Can-Do” Attitude: a positive attitude and passion for learning in fast-paced environments. We move fast!
- Ability to excel in a constantly changing and rapidly growing workplace
- Proficiency in data querying is a plus
