Senior Product Manager – Hotels.com

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to envision and deliver solutions tailored to the Hotels.com brand and customer segment. As part of the Traveler Products team, this role will be responsible for leading cross-functional efforts to actualise a data-informed, customer-centric product strategy. Your expertise will drive the creation of strategic roadmaps, influence & orchestrate complex initiatives with multiple products and technical teams and elevate the Hotels.com travel experience through meticulous execution and visionary leadership.

What you will do:

  • Lead the crafting of a comprehensive vision for Hotels.com brand, ensuring a clear and persuasive narrative that addresses customer and business needs. Develop and defend a strategic roadmap that links key outcomes to delivery milestones.

  • Drive customer-centricity: Represent the voice of the customer and champion to internal teams and partners. Identify organizational, technical, product, design, and data gaps to unlock step change-improvements.

  • Utilize research techniques to garner strategic market insights that influence product direction. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a compelling product value proposition and execute go-to-market strategies.

  • Lead the optimization of end-to-end user journeys, ensuring that design decisions align with financial viability and user needs. Drive innovative design thinking to enhance product discovery and design processes.

  • Set and review product performance metrics aligned with the product vision. Guide teams in advanced data analysis to inform strategic product decisions.

  • Influence the prioritization of activities, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Maintain high-quality product specifications and lead cross-functional teams to meet ambitious project milestones.

  • Manage complex stakeholder dynamics, driving consensus and successful outcomes for cross-functional product initiatives. Foster an inclusive and high-performing team environment through effective mentorship.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in leading product vision and strategy development.

  • Strong technical background with experience in AI/ML.

  • Proven ability to drive business decisions and profitability.

  • Experience in leading user experience design and data-driven product strategies.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence across various levels of an organization.
