ABOUT TIDE

At Tide, we are building a business management  platform designed to save small businesses time and money. We provide our members with business accounts and related banking services, but also a comprehensive set of connected administrative solutions from invoicing to accounting.

Launched in 2017, Tide is now used by over 1 million small businesses across the world and is available to UK, Indian and German SMEs. Headquartered in central London, with offices in Sofia, Hyderabad, Delhi, Berlin and Belgrade, Tide employs over 2,000 employees.

Tide is rapidly growing, expanding into new products and markets and always looking for passionate and driven people. Join us in our mission to empower small businesses and help them save time and money.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

The CoSec team is on a mission to eliminate the complexity and stress of company secretarial tasks for micro and small & medium businesses (mSME). Rather than spend valuable time on annual filings, updating company details, maintaining statutory registers and ensuring compliance, we automate and simplify these things so that mSMEs can focus on what really matters for their businesses (e.g. finding customers, delivering great products & services). This area is at an exciting point in our journey as we bring our first product to market, scale our investment in product development, and accelerate product-led growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Senior Product Manager you will:

  • Make high-quality decisions about product strategy & execution, translating strategy into impact-driven roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team and stakeholders to set priorities, create a roadmap, and deliver measurable impact
  • Organise work and ship products with high velocity that deliver value to our Members
  • Define goals and measure performance to evaluate and understand product value
  • Build alignment on priorities, plans and progress in your team, across other product teams, with stakeholders and the Leadership team
  • Inspire and influence others and yourself to think differently, solve problems, seize opportunities and be passionate about working towards the mission

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our product team that is building a world class company secretarial experience that will truly benefit micro, small & medium businesses around the world. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of at least 7 years in product management or equivalent experience
  • Domain knowledge preferably in fintech / regtech / legaltech / financial services / or some other related field. We value aptitude over experience, but we’re looking for some existing real world PM experience.
  • Experience indirectly leading and seamlessly collaborating in cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches, continuous improvements, and growth.
  • Are organised and consistent in quality execution
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in relation to decision-making, plans, progress, achievements and challenges.
  • Inclination to “skate to where the puck is going” as hockey-legend Wayne Gretzky put it. That is, you see an opportunity, align the team, create a plan and then make things happen!

WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN:

Our location-specific employee benefits are designed to cater to the unique needs of Tideans:

  • Flexible working options
  • Share options
  • Group Life Insurance
  • Vitality Health Insurance, with a proactive focus on mental and physical wellbeing
  • 25 days holiday with the ability to buy extra days
  • 3 days for L&D or volunteering time off per year
  • We invest in your development with a £1,000 professional L&D budget per year (may be lower for A1-A2 folks in India Region, UK/ Europe Region and PCS UK sales team)
  • Pension contributions:
    • Tide will pay 3.00% of your pensionable earnings (capped to an annual salary of £44,030, known as qualifying earnings) into your pension each pay period
    • If you salary sacrifice at least the minimum contribution (5% of banded earnings), Tide will boost its contribution to 4% of banded earnings (up from 3%).
  • Access to ‘salary sacrifice’ benefits such as:
    • Nursery: We’ve partnered with YellowNest to help reduce nursery costs — you could save up to 47% on fees!
    • Cycle to Work: We’ve partnered with GCI to make the most of the Green Transport Plan Initiative and associated tax concession offered by the Government.
  • Spacious brand-new office near Old Street with an all-day snacks bar
  • Enhanced family-friendly leave
  • Sabbatical leave

While remote work is supported, we believe in the power of face-to-face interactions to foster team spirit and collaboration. Our offices are designed as hubs for innovation and team-building, where we encourage regular in-person gatherings to foster a strong sense of community.
