Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for our Options trading products, with a key focus on front-end growth & user experience.
- Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as (Backend PM, UI Engineers, UI/UX Designers etc.) to define business requirements and deliver clear, actionable product specifications.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation and prototyping to launch, testing, iteration, and performance optimization.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to improve the user experience; work closely with internal customer service teams to identify pain points and translate insights into product improvements.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of trading products especially Options, with hands-on experience in building financial derivatives product.
- 4+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering retail-centric products from concept to launch.
- Educational background in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Bilingual with both English and Mandarin is a must to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
