Over the last 17 years, InMobi has built a global Advertising Platform that powers our customers’ growth by helping them engage their audiences and drive real connections.
InMobi has also built a second unicorn, Glance, which is advancing digital consumption and creating a new wave of disruption. Present on 400M devices across India, SEA, Japan and the US – Glance is one of the largest content platforms globally with~200M daily active users.

What will you be doing?
- You will own product strategy, execution and product metrics of Performance Marketing products for InMobi’s owned platforms
- You will be responsible for bringing new products and propositions to the market and scaling them
- You will be responsible for running personalisation engine for helping users for their daily needs through new app recommendations
- Understand the needs, motivation, and behaviour of the users and be obsessed with creating delightful product experiences for these users
- Define and own the metrics that determine business, product, and operational success and track these metrics to improve and evolve your product.
- Drive consumer experience design, user research, internal stakeholder alignments and external partner evangelization in the journey of building a great product
- You will be building platform for the next generation of performance marketing products
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own a set of product metrics linked to business outcomes, and the corresponding product strategy and roadmap
- Contribute to the overall Performance marketing product strategy at the group level
- Convert business needs to systemic problem statements. Work with engineering, UX and marketing teams to solve the stated problemsin a user-first manner
- Own the GTM and evangelization for your products
What do we expect from you?
- 6+ years in Product Management. Has delivered tangible business outcomes from user research and data driven insights
- A strong bias for action. Willingness to dot the i's and cross the t's to make the product successful
- Ability to formulate a clear point-of-view on hard and ambiguous problems, and execute on the same
- A lot of empathy to identify the customer pain points and predict the future market needs in advance to build innovative products to stay relevant
- Experience taking products from 0 to 100 following a customer development model built around rapid hypothesis testing, shaping products based on customer feedback, taking products to market by identifying the right channels, achieving product-market fit and scaling adoption using digital channels and ecosystem partnerships
- Good Understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including Demand Side Platforms, ad exchanges, mediation, supply/SDKs, programmatic advertising, targeting, and RTB mechanics; Understanding of omnichannel supply
- Strong customer focus, analytical and data-driven in your decision-making
- High on collaboration and stakeholder management – Internal stakeholders as well as external partners
