Senior Product Manager, Publisher Experience

The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to work in our Publisher Experience Product team within the Ads Platform division. In this role, you will be responsible for the core components that drive publishers’ monetization and controls. This includes all aspects of the Unity and ironSource Exchanges, the Unity Ads SDK, and creative rendering and controls. This role will be responsible for our programmatic business, which has plans to expand to new channels next year, as well as our integrations into mediation platforms (such as Unity’s LevelPlay, MAX, or publishers’ proprietary systems) as a bidder. As a data producer, you will interact closely with the Unity Data Platform and be responsible to ensure data completeness and accuracy.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with pod PMs on vision setting and roadmaps
• Collaborate closely with the development team of engineers and data scientists to define and prioritize key parts of the roadmaps
• Own our Programmatic product offering and relationship with the GPS business team
• Define our sdk-bidding (i.e. header bidding) strategy with publishers and drive the relationship with mediation platforms
• Work with the Data Platform team to identify opportunities to improve our models or reporting with new data/events; and ensure data flowing into the platform is complete and accurate
• Work with our product and executive teams to identify larger opportunities and drive alignment to gain support for your vision for the improvement of the product
• Continuously supervise the health of your product, and adapt to market changes while identifying potential risks and opportunities

• Previous experience working as a product manager with highly technical B2B products or services
• Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong analytical and technical knowledge
• Passion for solving complex technical issues with an understanding of how great products work behind the scenes
• Self motivated and results focused
• Understanding complex systems and working with very technical colleagues

• Knowledge and hands-on SQL experience
