What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead marketing strategies for Dreamhaven game titles to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Shape and refine brand identity, positioning, and messaging to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels, platform storefronts, and in-game experiences
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with first-party platforms, including Nintendo, Steam, and others, to secure impactful promotional placements and visibility for our games
- Work closely with development teams to identify and leverage in-game moments, feature updates, and key milestones, translating them into actionable marketing roadmaps
- Lead and unify efforts across community, creative, PR, partnerships, and more—ensuring all teams work toward a cohesive goal
- Oversee the creation of resonant marketing assets by partnering with internal and external creative teams to deliver materials that resonate with players and align with the game’s vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives that maximize player retention and engagement
- Continuously analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies, aligning efforts with business objectives and addressing opportunities for improvement
- Manage campaign budgets and forecasting, ensuring alignment with goals and preparing contingency plans to address potential challenges
What We Need:
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industries
- Proven track record launching and marketing games across genres and platforms
- Experience hiring, developing, and leading high performing teams
- Skilled at partnering directly with studio teams either as an embedded member or part of studio
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Effective communication skills, definition of priorities, and workflow management across large, dispersed teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity
- Adaptability to changing priorities and market conditions

The base salary range for this position is $134,167 to $223,610 USD per year, which is associated with our Level 4 salary band. The range listed for this position is just one component of Dreamhaven’s total compensation package for team members and exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
