About the Team

Growth Product team is composed of highly talented individuals who bring expertise from top internet companies and cryptocurrency firms. What You'll Be Doing:

Manage product operations in the local market, acting as the key liaison between the Product Team and Local Market Team, focusing on requirement gathering, requirement management, and strategic operations for specific markets.
Optimize or redesign internal best practices by identifying and analyzing issues encountered during business implementation.
Assess and predict the impact of new product features on market performance.
Lead training sessions to introduce new platform features, ensuring local markets follow the established workflows, while improving platform performance and user satisfaction.
Drive continuous development through collaboration with relevant Product Managers, local market teams, R&D, and algorithm teams, ensuring the efficiency and optimization of each module.
Design internal communication systems to enhance transparency and operational efficiency.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business within complex environments, offering creative problem-solving approaches to effectively resolve difficult challenges.

What We Look For In You:

Exceptional communication skills with strong proficiency in English.
Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Proven abilities in project management, and coordination, with a track record of successfully collaborating with multiple teams to achieve project goals.
In-depth knowledge of local crypto market growth, particularly in Europe.
Strong logical and structured thinking, with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Advanced data analysis skills and experience working in multicultural environments.

Nice to Have

Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, with a strong understanding of crypto trading and market dynamics.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in different regions related to cryptocurrencies and promotional campaigns.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
