Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano, is one of the biggest GameTech companies in the world, operating in 19 markets. We always aim to leverage cutting-edge technology, providing the best experience to our millions of customers who trust us for their entertainment.

We are a diverse team of more than 2.700 Kaizeners, from 40+ nationalities spreading across 3 continents.

Our #oneteam is proud to be among the Best Workplaces in Europe and certified Great Place to Work across our offices. Here, there’ll be no average day for you. Ready to Press Play on Potential?

The Role

 As a Senior Product Owner within Kaizen Gaming's Enterprise Architecture team, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Agile development environment. You will be responsible for translating technical strategy and product requirements into actionable plans for our core frontend platform teams. These include the iOS, Android, and Web platform teams, which form the foundation for all frontend delivery across the organization.

Unlike traditional feature delivery teams, our core platform teams focus on scalability, performance, and consistency through shared infrastructure, frameworks, and foundational components. Your work will impact all frontend product verticals, supporting developers across multiple brands and countries to deliver high-quality user experiences more efficiently.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will:

  • Own and drive the product vision for the core frontend (iOS, Android, and Web) teams within the Enterprise Architecture group;
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap and backlog for shared frontend components, SDKs, frameworks, and tooling — ensuring alignment with our enterprise architecture strategy and technical objectives, in close collaboration with the engineering teams;
  • Participate in roadmap planning, define KPIs, and establish success metrics for all features;
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners from feature teams (product verticals), frontend engineers, and architects to gather requirements, understand platform-wide dependencies, and prioritize delivery;
  • Create clear, technically grounded epics and user stories (with detailed acceptance criteria) that guide the development efforts of the core frontend teams;
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and other product related activities for the cross-platform frontend infrastructure;
  • Monitor and report on team health metrics, ensuring transparency and driving continuous improvement;
  • Identify and help remove impediments affecting sprint goals or release outcomes for the core frontend teams;
  • Work closely with Engineering Leads, Technology Managers, Architects, and other Product Owners to maximize the value delivered by the core frontend platform.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar role within a software development environment;
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with frontend platform development,—ideally involving native mobile (iOS/Android) or web technologies—either as a developer, QA, or Product Owner/Manager;
  • Strong technical understanding of web architecture and the mobile development lifecycle will be considered as a strong asset;
  • Experience working with core/platform teams that enable rather than build end-user features;
  • Solid knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and across a variety of disciplines to drive platform evolution and architectural excellence;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Exceptional ability to manage internal dependencies and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders at all levels.
