We're looking for an experienced Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our Professional Services team. Reporting to the Manager Professional Services, you'll be responsible for:

• Being a customer's 'Go-To' resource for all matters related to their ZS deployment
• Delivering best practices guidance for managing ZS deployment
• Helping with customer specific requirements and provide solutions
• Answering questions about the product capabilities, features and configuration

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 8+ years' experience for this role in similar positions (Professional service consultant, Network/Security specialist, Technical Account Manager, Support/Escalation Engineer or a SOC Engineer)
• Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP and MS Active Directory
• Experienced in Network and Security solutions and customer facing/field role
• Experienced in deploying, maintaining or troubleshooting networking, firewall and security solutions in enterprise environments is important

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Zscaler solutions – ZIA, ZPA
• Knowledge of solutions built on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services , other leading cloud platforms and industry certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo
• Knowledge of Hypervisors: VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM
